Share your unique referral link to invite people into a Hybrid Unilevel team (people you invite sit under you). Product sales can create Instant commission and Direct bonus rewards. Your PPV, CGV, and TCGV volumes feed Star ranks (Star 1–6 and Leader Crown), and your rank sets your CPB percentage. Track everything in your Referral dashboard.
LAISI uses sponsor-based placement: anyone who joins with your link becomes your direct downline. There is no forced 3-wide matrix and no automatic spillover into empty slots. You can view uplines and downlines (username, contact, join date, active/inactive) under Genealogy in your Referral dashboard.
You can submit a withdrawal request from the Referral Program section in your dashboard. Each request is reviewed by an admin. After approval, payout is sent manually to your registered Mobile Money number. The minimum amount is shown on your withdraw page.
