1. Introduction

Welcome to LAISI. By accessing our platform, registering an account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LAISI is managed by Esteem Ventures Ltd, located in Kampala, Uganda.

2. Vendor Obligations

All vendors ("Wholesalers", "Retailers", "Distributors") must provide accurate, verifiable information during registration. The mandatory GPS location captured must reflect the actual physical location of the business. Listing counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate permanent suspension without payout.

3. Buyer Safety & Transactions

LAISI provides a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We do not directly handle physical goods. Buyers are strongly advised to:

  • Never pay in advance before inspecting an item.
  • Meet in safe, public locations.
  • Report any suspicious activity immediately via the platform buttons.

LAISI is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from direct transactions between buyers and vendors.

4. Referral Program (MLM) Rules

The LAISI Referral Program uses a Hybrid Unilevel structure. Members may earn Instant commission and Direct bonus rewards tied to products, and Star ranks (with CPB) based on volume rules published in the member dashboard.

  • Placement is sponsor-based: people who join with your link sit under you. There is no forced matrix spillover.
  • Withdrawals are requested from the dashboard. Minimum withdrawal is shown in your referral dashboard and may change from time to time.
  • Earnings are held for a period that depends on the commission type (Instant commission may be approved immediately; bonuses may take longer) before admin review and wallet credit.
  • Multiple accounts created by the same individual to exploit the program ("stacking") are prohibited and may lead to an immediate ban and forfeiture of funds.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of LAISI after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Important updates will be communicated to registered users via email.
