  • Usage Data: Pages visited, searches performed, and interaction with ads (to improve algorithms).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used primarily to maintain the security and functionality of the LAISI marketplace:

  • To facilitate contact between buyers and vendors.
  • To track and calculate commissions for the Multi-Level Marketing (Referral) program.
  • To send administrative notifications regarding account status, withdrawals, or policy changes.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may display limited information (such as Vendor phone numbers or chat accounts) publicly on Product Pages to facilitate transactions. We may share necessary data with payment gateways (e.g., MTN MoMo API) strictly for processing withdrawals or subscription payments.
